If you would have asked me a few years ago if I would ever consider ditching my gym membership and using home-based workout programs, I would have answered with a big, fat "NO"!  With 2 little ones at home, I have discovered that working out at home is my best option when it comes to consistency.  Consistency is what leads to results and I want results!

I absolutely love being able to workout in the comfort of my own home.  I don't have to worry about what I look like and I can fit it in during nap time or after the kids go to bed.

Although the initial investments may be larger than a monthly membership at a gym, purchasing a home-based fitness program will normally save you money in the long run.  After you go through a couple of the programs you can keep your body guessing by rotating the programs.

My first program that I purchased through Beachbody was Brazil Butt Lift.  It was a great entry level program and a great stepping stone into some of the more popular programs that Beachbody has to offer!


I also did a little bit of Turbo Jam to increase the cardio.


I have also invested in ChaLean Extreme and TurboFire!  Chalene Johnson is so motivating and doesn't let you slack off! These workouts fly by!  :)



My current program and most favorite is the very popular P90X!  Every workout is so different and I love how I strong I am starting to feel.
