Progress

I'm not really up to posting my actual measurements -- Maybe I will once I reach my goal weight!  Here is my progress (shown in deficits/gains).

As of September 23, 2012:
Total Weight Loss since 1/27/2012: 52 lbs

Current Program:
TurboFire (with a little ChaLean Extreme mixed in)
Shakeology 1x/day
Eating as clean as possible! :)
